Whoops - just noticed the "only keystrokes" part of the message...
Assuming you have the newer "windows" keyboard with the two windows
keys and the menu key...
Windows-tab to get to the task bar
Arrow keys to get to Reflection button
Menu key to get the drop-down menu
Arrow keys to get to "hide/show menu bar"
Return key to select
