We at UTC may be interested in a general purpose web sales and payment
solution.  It needs to support sales of tickets to events and allow
integration with our tuition fee payment, parking decals, and other
existing automated systems that run on our HP e3000.

In order words, does anyone offer a decent package to provide small
time sales of items against an inventory, with payments via credit
cards, and that would allow tie in from other systems generating
"sales orders" (ie, our course registration)?

We will listen to any reasonable proposal, including joint or prototype
development.

BTW, I could use a figure for budget requests ASAP!
