I'm not certain, but I suspect your CSLT for THIS machine has the
appropriate CONF groups [that's what makes it a C-slt as opposed to a
standard slt]  I'd suggest an UPDATE from this tape [INSTALL, while more
technically correct since you are re-INSTALLing the conf groups, also wipes
everything else out...]
