The tape wouldn't come out smoothly, so I pushed it back in, and the lights
went green, but I couldn't get it to load or eject.  So I killed the power
to it and brought it back up, now the lower light is solid yellow, and the
upper light is a slowly flashing yellow.  Any ideas of what I should try
and do?
