I heard this morning that ATM machines in New Zealand were having trouble
and the Subway system in Japan wouldn't accept some passengers tickes,
presumably electronic card swipe of sorts.  Also some symagraphic machines
were reporting the wrong dates and the best one was a nuclear plant in Japan
momentarily shut down. mmmmm
