Hi, Larry

Few years ago, we got the new 3-com switch, we found out slowness on 
the VT terminal,  I presume the routing table on the switch was overloaded(?),
I suggest install new 10Mbit NIC on the  HP979 and connect directly to the Hub, since then the slowness is gone, I am not sure I fixed or not...

We just installed the  HP procurve 8000 1GB ;-)
Now, the Network specialist like the HP...

I've recently connected our HP3000/987 to our internal network.  We are
attached via cisco routers and switches.  Everything is going well with
occassional complaints about slowness.
I know there is a tool that lets you see network traffic information but
I don't know what its called.  I looked in nettool but nothing looked
familiar.
What is available on the HP that allows me to see the network
bottlnecks?
