Jim Phillips, respected member of this list from Ohio, will be here this

diacritical & special character management (and indeed what we've already put
into QCTerm) is much easier to use than I think these postings are making it
sound. Nonetheless, I'll show all of this to Jim tonight and let him report
his unbiased thoughts to you all tomorrow.
