Please contact our technical support to discuss this issue, as I think
there is a big misunderstanding, or we don't fully understand the issues.

There have been some known problems with TurboIMAGE's DBQUIESCE
functionality which both Backup+ and TurboSTORE use to quiesce and
sync a database. Since we use the same tools as does TurboSTORE,
we should have exactly the same behavior here.

We need to make sure that you are on the correct version of
TurboIMAGE as well as Backup+.
