Hi Folks,

The following appeared on the HP-UX newsgroup 2/4/2000, but has yet to show
up here in the 3000 newsgroup (despite a note to Interex). I guess the 3000
wasn't on the marketing plan this month at Interex. ;-)

Enjoy.

CUSTOMERS TELL HP WHAT THEY ARE DOING RIGHT, WRONG.

HP customers are being asked what HP is doing right and what they are
doing wrong in the Worldwide Advocacy Survey released this week. The
Worldwide Advocacy Survey is the only independent survey endorsed by HP.

"The information from this survey is incorporated into HP's planning
process", stated Ann Livermore, President of the Enterprise and
Commercial Business Unit of HP.

The results of the survey, which will be tabulated in April, help HP
identify strengths and weaknesses in their business processes and
customer relationships. HP is committed to listening to customers and
making changes to improve the level of service customers receive.
