I was able to copy the "ABORTCON" and "SHOWCONN" and "SC" files from
the group NSRV0000.TELESUP to ARPA.SYS and use these tools with out
modifying the script...

This works because HPPATH default includes ARPA.SYS.

:showvar hppath
HPPATH = !HPGROUP,PUB,PUB.SYS,ARPA.SYS

Yes, these are unsupported but widely used utilities.
