does give you this split functionality -- sort of.      :-)  Non-OP users may be
granted access to all system spoolfiles while running ESPUL.  This has been a
very handy tool for us, because we used to have to grant OP capability to all
users on our test systems, and it frequently caused headaches.>>

Yes ESPUL is a great product. We used it where I formerly worked. I was really
hoping a capability that would permit the ;HIPRI without the ability to poke
around in the work of another group.
