Your ISP or someone in the chain between you and Editcorp may be caching
web pages.  I change the pages on a commercial web server in Dallas.  After
I update the Dallas server, it takes 12 to 24 hours before I can access the
URL from my office PC and see the changes that I made.

I forget who the Dallas firm uses for their backbone access.  The ISP for
the office uses Cable & Wireless-USA (they bought the part of MCI's
backbone that MCI couldn't keep when MCI and Worldcom merged).  I don't
know why it takes so long for the cache to refresh.

It could be you're caught in a similar situation although I would expect
the cache to have updated by the time you posted the above.
