Mike,  I think that LaserRX used some routines in the PPC.SYS
group/account to provide winsock services.  Many of those services were
supported under HP's Lanmanager/resource sharing implementation.
Resource sharing was obsoleted a couple of years ago, as was LaserRX.
Your new MPEiX 6.0 installation is probably missing those files.

In my own opinion, I don't think HP has nearly as nice of a product with
Perfview, but there isn't any other options either....
