Hello all,

I've recently been moved into the system manager role here.  One of the
first things my boss would like me to do is to improve our backup
arrangement.  My problem is I'm not sure where to look.  So my question is:
Where do I find out about backup solutions/options/etc?  Or more generally:
Where do I find out about hardware solutions/options/etc?
