        SETJCW VSETNEXTCENTURY=1
This allows date fields to display 4 digit years if field is large enough.
        SETJCW VSETNEXTCENTURY=2
This changes the default windowing of 00-99 to 1900-1999 to be
   50-99 as 1950-1999 and 00-49 as 2000-2049.

Nothing that I have seen describes a user definable window.


It would be nice if
        SETJCW VSETNEXTCENTURY=4
To make VPLUS use the var HPSPLITYEAR or to look for jcw VSPLITYEAR.
