Gail is right on both points. The snafu this morning is inexcusable. And I
thought that the tardiness in calling off school last week fell into the
same category. Last week every area school including Chatt State had
called off school in time for the 11:00 news. Only UTC had not. I vaguely
remember seeing posted sometime the chain of command that makes the
decision of closed or open. Perhaps this is a case of too much
bureaucracy. Too many cooks stirring the pot can ruin the dish.
