If you try to reach Blackboard through UTCONLINE.UTC.EDU you may receive
"403 Access forbidden!"

There seems to be an error on the www.utc.edu server.

Blackboard is WORKING but to reach it, you will need to go to:

http://bb2.utc.edu
or
http://bb2.utc.edu/webapps/login

If you have a class that needs to access Blackboard tonight and
utconline.utc.edu is not working when you receive this email, you can
forward them the links above.
