In case anyone missed the great news or could not try out the new
Faculty/Staff dining experience in the Chickamauga Room, let me offer my
experienced culinary cudos. The dinnerware vs. the Styrofoam and plastic
alone makes the few extra dollars well worth it. But the food speaks for
itself, so I won't get into a long description.

I urge everyone to try out this new offering and make it a regular for
your Monday or Tuesday (or both) lunch. Just leave the sack lunch at
home and grab a few extra quarters from your cookie jar or whatever.
