Our Menu Today is Splendid! It includes:


The Patten Plate
    FRESH Salmon Cakes served with Cucumber Dill Sauce,
    a Side of Herb Roasted Potatoes and a Side Salad              $5.00


Soup of the Day
    Chilled Corn Gazpacho                                  Bowl   $3.00
                                                           Cup    $2.00

House Salad                                                       $3.00

Side Salad                                                        $1.50


Assorted Fresh Fruit and Cheese Plate                             $5.00

Fresh Field Greens with Asparagus Plate                           $5.00

The Faculty Club Sandwich served with Potato Chips                $4.50

Dessert of the Day

Our Lunch Schedule for the present time through the first session
of the Summer Term is as follows:


Mondays -  No General Lunch Service. However, we WILL serve for Reserved
Groups.

Tuesdays - General Lunch Service Provided from 11:30am to 1:00 pm.

Wednesdays - General Lunch Service Provided from 11:30am to 2:00 pm.

Thursdays - General Lunch Service Provided from 11:30am to 2:00 pm.

Fridays - No General Lunch Service. However, we WILL serve for Reserved Groups.

Saturdays - We are open for Receptions, Dinners & Events by Group Reservation.

Sundays - We are open for Receptions, Dinners & Events by Group Reservation.


If you are interested in reserving the Faculty Club for a Group Event,
Celebration, Wedding Reception or Rehearsal Dinner, Reunion, Department
