Dear Faculty and Staff:

It has been brought to my attention that there are some individuals on our
campuses who do not have access to email, which would prevent them from
receiving broadcast emails of this nature. I would like to suggest that if
you have these circumstances within your department, you make a special
provision for these individuals to ensure that they are informed of all
material distributed in this manner. Please use your judgment as to the
best means to accomplish this given the arrangements of your particular
office.
