Dear UTC Faculty,
The following is a recommended statement for your course syllabus:
Compliance Statement
It is recommended that a compliance statement (see example below) be
provided on class syllabi regarding reasonable, academic accommodations
for students with disabilities.
Attention: If you are a student with a disability (e.g. physical,
learning, psychiatric, vision, hearing, etc.) and think that you might
need special assistance or a special accommodation in this class or any
other class, call the Office for Students with Disabilities at 425-4006
or come by the office - 110 Frist Hall.
Please note that we are no longer CAP (the College Access Program);
please remove any reference to CAP from your syllabus.
