FYI:
My husband and I recently moved from our house/duplex in North
Chattanooga and it is available for rent now (along with the other side,
which will be vacant sometime in Nov.). Below are details; both units
are very similar and it is a great location at 621 Forest Avenue, just
up the hill ½ mile from Walnut Street bridge & Coolidge park; just 5
min. from UTC. The landlord is nice & neighbors are also great, quiet.
Please pass on to anyone you know would be interested.
2 bedroom, 1 bath
hardwood floors throughout
nice, large kitchen
washer/dryer hookups in basement
recessed lighting in hall
nice front porch
central heat/air on my side; central air, gas heat on other side
front & back yard
Rent: $575 for my side; $625 or so for other side (it’s a bit larger)
Call Jay or Kathy Burke: 265-7687
I can give you estimates on the electric/water bill on my side, if
interested.
