Step Aerobics Class

Power Yoga Class
Power Yoga, based on the Asthanga Vinyasa tradition, is a flowing series of
postures coupled with breathing techniques that will help you achieve a
strong, supple body and a calm, relaxed mind. Wear comfortable clothes that
allow you to move easily and bring a large towel.

Kayak Lessons
Beginners to Advanced taught by ACA Kayak instructor
2nd & 4th Monday 6:30 p.m in the UTC pool-all equipment
furnished
1st & 3rd Tuesday 8:00 p.m in the UTC pool-all equipment
furnished.
Other classes that will be offered: Rock Climbing, Life Guarding, Water
