Now that our distinguished civil servants in the state house, senate, and
governor's mansion have called off their game of Budget Chicken, I would like
to say something.

To those listed as 'non-essential', who were treated like a dirt road during
the game of Budget Chicken, I wish to say thanks for all you do for me, UTC
and the State of Tennessee.  It is my sincere hope, that come the next set of
elections, we will be able to teach our 'leadership', the true meaning of
'non-essential' ...
