Due to the delay of the explanation of how to handle the time entry for the
furlough period of July 1, 2, and 3 we have extended when time is due to
your designated area for time entry for the biweekly pay period ending July
14.  Please have all time to your designated area no later than 9:00 a.m.
Monday, July 15.  All time must be entered and approved by 5:00 p.m.,
Tuesday, July 16.

In order to accurately compensate our monthly employees for July, time
entry for the week of the furlough period must be received in your
designated area by 9:00 a.m., Wednesday, July 17.  Entry and approval must
be completed for the week of the furlough by 5:00 p.m., Thursday, July 18.

An explanation of how time should be recorded for the furlough period of
July 1, 2 and 3 will follow this e-mail.
