The option to transfer enrollment from our health insurance PPO (Blue
Cross/Blue Shield) to one of our other plans (POS or HMO, both with John
Deere) has been extended due to the holidays.  All Enrollment Change
Applications must be received by the Office of Personnel Services no later
than February 14, 3:00 PM.  Enrollment Change Applications received by
January 25 will transfer coverage effective February 1; those received
after January 25 will transfer coverage effective March 1. It will take
approximately 2-3 weeks for an employee to receive a new ID card after John
Deere receives the enrollment data.
