Dear Colleagues,
I'd like to add to Richard Rice's praise for Reed Gregory, who has been
wonderfully efficient and patient with me in setting up my new Lupton Fund
computer and teaching me about it, as well as helping me with the other two
computers I struggle with daily.  The Help Desk operation in general has
been very good about promptly responding to requests to fix computer
problems at an exceptionally busy time.
