Dear Faculty Advisors:

Students continue to submit applications for the December 2001 graduation
well past the June 1st deadline, and there are apparently several others
who wish to be included in the December class.  For this reason we would
like to extend the deadline one last time, and will accept applications for
December 2001 through Friday, October 12.  After that time, applications
will be accepted for the May 2002 exercise and for future terms.  Please
announce this important deadline to your classes and advisees.

To assist you with advising students who are preparing to graduate in the
coming year, future deadlines for submission of graduation applications are
listed below.

May 2002                                October 19, 2001
August 2002                             March 8, 2002
December 2002                           June 10, 2002


Graduation Application forms are available in the Records Office, 124
Hooper Hall.  Thank you for your assistance in forwarding this information
