VIOLENCE AGAINST WOMEN SUBJECT OF PBS DOCUMENTARY
>UTC students in our Violence Against Women class are working to promote
>awareness of violence against women. There is a documentary showing on
>WTCI (the local PBS Station) called "Breaking the Silence: Journeys of
>Hope." The documentary illustrates the process and resources available to
>victims and their children and sends the message that neighbors, friends
>and relatives can help alleviate the silence and bridge the isolation felt
>by abuse victims. WTCI is on Chattanooga Comcast Cable Channel 05 and
>broadcasts on Channel 45.
