DESCRIPTION: Tim Wise, who describes himself as "an angry white male" who

institutional racism, sexism, and other forms of intolerance. An extremely

with a leader of the Ku Klux Klan. He has appeared on hundreds of radio and
TV shows and has debated leading conservatives, including Dinesh D'Souza.
His writings have appeared in hundreds of newspapers and magazines
nationally, and he was a featured commentator and consultant for the
three-part PBS series on race released in 2002. His latest book--Speaking
Treason Fluently: Anti-Racist Reflections from an Angry White Male--is
scheduled for publication in 2003. Wise's other books include: Little White
Lies: The Truth About Affirmative Action and Reverse Discrimination and
