I don't recall the actual path of Frances or Charley, but Ivan entered the
United States mainland in Alabama, more precisely Gulf Shores. Florida did
feel the effects of Ivan, as did Georgia and Tennessee and on up the
eastern seaboard, but the "path" on your map is not the path of Ivan. Maybe
it's a path designed by Dan Rather.
