Ravenland, 

My landlord has been neglecting to fix a leak of my living room for several months; my apartment complex is located in Redbank.  

Do any one know what to do in these cases: 

-          If there is a special legal  or governmental authority that does property evaluation 

-          Any Redbank city office where I can request some help or denounce the problem

-          Any commission that regulates rental property
