To: The Campus Community

Due to distribution piping construction at the University Center, we have
had reduced chilled water circulation capability.  As a result some
buildings on campus have experienced cooling problems.  The piping
construction was completed yesterday and full capacity has been restored to
all facilities.

The exception to this is Cadek Hall, where work to repair distribution
valves is expected to be completed by April 11.  If anyone continues to have
