We are having a Colloquium in the Psychology Department.

Dr. Christian Meissner

"You know you're guilty so just confess!": Investigative biases and the
psychology of false confessions

Dr. Meissner is from Florida International University and will be
presenting his research on police interrogations and confessions.  He has
extensive knowledge in this area and has been asked to testify as a expert
witness in multiple court cases relating to this topic.  Dr. Meissner has
published and presented many paper in the area of Psychology and the Legal
System.

If you are interested in this topic, please attend and encourage interested
students to attend.
