Southern Heritage Buffet
Instructor: David James
Are you tired of bringing the same old casseroles you bring every year when
your family gets together? Grab your apron and take a journey with Chef
David! He will teach you how to create your southern dishes in style. In
this course you will prepare fancy cornbread, fried chicken, stuffed pork
loin, yams, sharp cheddar and shrimp grits, barbecue pork with vinegar
sauce, banana pudding, and other goodies. Space is limited so register
immediately! $35 supply fee to be paid to instructor first night of class.
