Thanks, Jim.
There is another problem with sabbatical pay. If you have a
sabbatical when a pay raise goes into effect, you miss the raise per
University of Tennessee policy. Those of us who had sabbaticals in
the Fall, 2001 semester did not receive the 2% pay raise. Thanks to
our administration, it was corrected.
