We need your help again.  In meeting with the ERC we have agreed on the
following categories of recipes that we are still in need of.  They are:
Beverages such as punch recipes, etc, Seafood items such as gumbo, salmon,
various fish recipes, Pork recipes, marinates that you use, Spaghetti
recipes, Quiche's, Breads or Rolls, Cookies & Pies, Relishes, Slaws,
Vegetable recipes (from fresh vegetables).  We need these by Wednesday of
next week so that we can get a final count.  Everything will be sent to the
publisher Monday August 13th.  Again, you may send them to me in Purchasing
or to your ERC representative if you have one.  

 

The August 10th Picnic - Please continue to email me if you are entering the
"Dessert Bake Off Contest" for the picnic and if you are going to enter the
"Best Dressed Disco Look Contest".  

 

Again, thank you for all the help you have been on finalizing the cookbook.
