A free Housing Law Clinic will be presented between 9 a.m. and 1 p.m.
Saturday, May 25, at the Miller Plaza Pavilion.

Legal Aid of East Tennessee attorneys will provide free legal advice to
Tennessee residents concerning housing law issues, such as landlord-tenant
problems, housing discrimination, predatory lending, foreclosure prevention,
and public and Section 8 housing grievances.

Although Legal Aid lawyers usually assist only those with very low income, the
clinic is open to Tennesseans regardless of income level. Those seeking advice
are asked to bring any documents related to their inquiries, such as leases,
contracts, correspondence, and mortgage agreements.

This free clinic is sponsored by Legal Aid of East Tennessee,Inc., the City of
Chattanooga, and the Community Housing Resource Board.
