The Electric Power Board has informed us they will be removing overhead
lines and power poles on East Fifth Street beginning Monday, February 14,
2005 between Douglas and Collins Streets.  The parking on the south side of
the street (adjacent to University Center & Holt) will be blocked. This
project could take several days.   Please do not try to park in this area
while this work is being done or your vehicle could be damaged.
