I am sorry to announce that Warren (Cooter) Simpson's mother, Colleen B.
Simpson, passed away Monday, October 29, 2001, at her home.  Cooter is the
Maintenance Supervisor in Facilities Planning and Management, Repairs and
Maintenance Department.

The family will receive friends from 3:00 to 8:00 p.m., Thursday, November
1, 2001, at the North Chapel of Chattanooga Funeral Home, 5401 Highway 153.
 The funeral will be at 1:00 p.m. on Friday, November 2, 2001, at the
funeral home.

Please keep Cooter and his family in your thoughts and prayers.
