Dear Colleagues,

Having heard from some members of the University Budget Committee that
Friday the 18th posed problems to previous schedules, I want to move the
meeting of the University Budget Committee to Thursday, June 24th at 3:00
p. m. in Fletcher 100.

This meeting change will allow more time for making sure we know as a
Committee the fiscal actions and their impact to date.  We will by then
know the actions of the Board of Trustees on Fee levels.  We should have
some reliable projections about Fall enrollment levels.  And, the good
news, of course, with which we must deal is the additional $1 million or so
that will come to the UTC operating budget from state appropriations.

I look forward to seeing you Thursday, June 24th at 3:00.
