You will find attached a full copy of the Board of Trustees policy as
passed at the Board meeting of June 18, 1998, along with UTC's proposed
implementation plan.  The implementation sections should include the
changes recommended by the Handbook Committee.  Let me thank you in advance
for your careful review.  Hard copies will be sent to all full-time faculty
through Mail Services.
