The University community is invited to a research presentation by Dr. Ashley
Thompson entitled "Collective Memories, History, and the South:
Understanding the Regional Identities of African American and White
Southerners" on Friday, Nov. 16 at 3:15-4:15 in 201 Brock. Dr. Thompson is a
candidate for a sociology faculty position in the Department of Sociology,
Anthropology, and Geography.
