I am posting the following notice for a friend/former landlady:

For Rent:  2 bedroom log cabin. It's rustic but has modern amenities such
as air conditioning (downstairs only), dishwasher, and washer/dryer
connections.  This is truly a wonderful home; it's on Signal Mountain,
surrounded by a lot of land, and is very quiet.  The landlady is very sweet
and a joy to work with.  This cabin is rather small, but would be ideal for
a couple.  Rent is $700/month.
