Dear Raven Admin:

Is it possible to convert Raven into a web based group
like Yahoogroups?  This way the members will have
three choices for delivery of Raven mails, (i) immediate
delivery by e-mail, (ii) daily digest once a day by e-mail,
or (iii) web only delivery, no e-mail at all.

I wish to avoid the e-mail terrorism perpetrated against
the UTC community by a single individual.  The suggested
system will help.  Of course the other alternative is
to set a filter and send the mails from this e-mail-
terrorist to where they belong, trash.  But there are
these regular religious e-mails that I do not want to
read either.  The source of these religious e-mails
vary from time and time and setting a filter for that
is not very effective.  A web based system will be ideal.
