IF YOU OR YOUR STUDENTS NEED TO DO RESEARCH AT ANY POINT DURING THE WEEK
OF SPRING BREAK, REMEMBER THAT THE REFERENCE LIBRARIANS WILL BE ON DUTY
AND WILL BE ABLE TO PROVIDE "WORKAROUNDS" FOR MOST REQUESTS.

However, please be aware that users of the ERL WebSPIRS 5 databases have
reported experiencing dropped connections at various times during their
search sessions.  As a result of this problem, users are being prompted
to enter a non-existent WebSPIRS username and password and all prior
search results are lost.  The following databases are affected by this
issue:

*Books-in-Print
*CINAHL
*ERIC
*MedLine
*MLA Bibliography
*PAIS International
*PsycINFO
*Sociological Abstracts
*Sport Discus

We apologize for the inconvenience this has caused and are working
vigorously with the IT Division and our vendors to resolve this issue as
quickly as possible.
