Some time after noon today Internet traffic abruptly stopped and
continues to be unavailable.  All local connections are up as well
as the UT state-wide ring through Jackson, Martin, Memphis, Nashville,
Knoxville, and Tullahoma; however, outside Internet connectivity has
been lost.  No further details are available at this time.  This note
is just to let you know we're aware of the problem, and it is beyond
our control; just be patient and hopefully things will return to normal
soon.
