Currently the UTC Network is experiences a denial of service attack that
impacts on and off campus use of the network. The technical staff has been
working this issue and is doing everything possible to restore service. The
campus can expect intermittent to total loss of service until the source of
the attack is found.  When service is restored to normal you will be
notified via Raven.
