You can watch the progress of the construction of the new Engineering,
Computer Science, and Math building at

http://cecacam1.ceca.utc.edu/.  The camera server can be reached from
off-campus as well.

The first time you contact the camera server, it may ask to install a
control; say yes.

The camera is mounted inside Grote Hall, and on sunny mornings is somewhat
blinded by the sun.  Afternoons provide the best pictures.
