Dear Ravenland,
 
We have a new faculty member arriving in the fall, and she has requested
a recommendation for a realtor to assist her in locating a house.  
 
Since I am relatively new to town and did not use a realtor when I came
to town, I thought I would seek out some advice as to who might be
available to help a young, newly minted assistant professor find a place
to live.
